Pleasant family-friendly property with amazingly nice and pleasant staff at all service. Exceptionally comfortable bed in the a twin room, plus climate control, pay TV and a laptop-size safe. A good restaurant for European breakfast.

The breakfast was delicious and the staff were extremely friendly, plus, this place is conveniently located near ciwalk and a variety of food stores, restaurants, cafes, minimarts.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Bandung and had a great experience. the staff at the reception went above and beyond to make my stay special, even offering to buy snacks and chocolates for a surprise. Secondly, the general manager arranged a fantastic one-day tour for me, which enhanced my vacation. Lastly, the hotel had excellent facilities, including a kids' playground, pool, and sky lounge. The rooms were spacious, clean, and even had a sofa for a third person. this hotel provided great value for money and attention to detail.

Guests can enjoy a wonderful view of the mountains from the art gallery or reception area. the room and bathroom are spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the breakfast offers a lot of varieties. the hotel also has great facilities, including a fitness center and a kiddy club.

Had a wonderful Xmas stay near the city center with key amenities easily accessible. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The rooms were spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay.

The noise level from the hallway and surrounding rooms was quite high and made it difficult to sleep at times. there were some issues with unhygienic toiletries and unclean towels, as well as poor Wi-Fi and a barely functioning refrigerator bar.
